HOW CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER ?
You can make a custom order via the contact form on our website.
Send a message to our team for more information about the customizable details and their prices.
Remember that custom orders cannot be returned and refunded.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER ?
We deliver to all of Europe.
Within Italy: 3 - 5 business days (€ 9,00 - customer's expense)
Outside of Italy: 3 - 10 business days (€ 15,00 + taxes if applicable - customer's expense)
Free shipping on all orders above € 49,00.
WHEN IS MY ORDER PROCESSED ?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00 (GMT +1).
Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders placed on festive days will be processed on the first subsequent working day.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE ?
Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
In that same email you will find the couriers website link to follow the status of the delivery.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ?
If your order is damaged or incorrect please send an email to info@mostrillo.com within 48 hrs from delivery.
We will cover the shipping costs to return your order and send your new order free of charge.
IMPORTANT
Clearly state in your email: first name, last name, order number, and Mostrillo number.
Attach to your email: clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect order.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK ?
We will accept returns within maximum 14 days upon delivery of your package.
Shipping costs of the return will be on the customer.
All products must be returned in their original conditions and packaging.
The package must be returned within a box to avoid damaging the original product and packaging.
If the aforementioned conditions should not be met, the order will not be reimbursed.

HOW DO REIMBURSEMENTS WORK ?
The reimbursement will be issued within maximum 14 days upon reception of your package.
All shipping costs and taxes (if applicable) are not reimbursed.
You will receive your reimbursement via the same payment method you used for the placement of your order.
